When
we moved here, worked actively and noticed a big difference in hitting
the extreme edge against the SF East Bay at the sea! It felt like it took 2-3 months to get to the speed and endurance that was, it was quite an adjustment!
I followed the workouts so far mainly been non-stop a few times / week for the entire week. The trail passes here to launch a pleasure! They
are very hilly and mostly on trails mountain bike, I have some running 7
to 8,000 feet so I have a few good paved bike and road racing, we have a
new track here time Can I use a few times / year, usually 200 to 400 meters.
Training for Marathon Lake Tahoe a few years I do long runs on Highway 89 along the marathon course true. Although I trained several 12, 15, 17, 19 miles of racing, the marathon of 26 miles is just too long for my body type. I'm a runner short distance sprinter. But I did and I wondered why! I
ran the Dipsea race in Mill Valley 16 times in a row, a difficult
mountain trail run on the beach, my last race there were a few years ago
... I think it's time to do it again!
I trained in the steps of Harvey casino many times to prepare for the Dipsea stairs near 700. I also take a ride to the restaurant parking Heavenly Valley, which is a beautiful climb. But for the competition, there is no two races a good broker should be: long distance and intervals. Nothing penetrates into intervals so! Peak 8 is upon me, because we lack on the road or highway, which is a subject in itself! But it is not fast-twitch muscle, the peak 8 or sprints have to do! Also, my representatives for martial arts use mass fast-twitch fibers of my upper body.
Something
I decided to do a few years ago (here since '96), was mountain biking,
and I felt that I could get a serious workout with little impact. This way I could limit my running days a week and maybe even physically move. After a few rounds of our hard walking around Lake Tahoe Keys at Angora, I found it to be true! I had the chance to buy a top of Cannondale mountain bike online for a very low price because he did not use ... so I use!
My best time is 44 minutes and Angora Lookout Beach in 59 minutes. There may be faster bikers, but for me, I will not stop to smell the roses! I take my shot Ximo and rock the ride! There
are many paths, but I'm not a crazy driver stable than I found here, so
my usual walk is the power of Angora Lake, I pushed my time ... it is uphill all the way to the lake, some parts are very steep and difficult.
This
is, obviously, not the snowy months, around April-May and October
training outermost otherwise, everything is in the gym, but we travel. Few
months, from June to September, I'll run a trail bike 4 miles run along
the beach and then take a 25 minute swim on the lake makes for a good
training day. You can also take some increases year by one of the peaks or a peak. Here are some pics of rock climbing hiking increases slightly dangerous, but not too radical! As Alex Honnold, one of the most impressive things I've ever seen a man doing these amazing guy!

They also usually have my pass for 26 visits pool once a year, it is my oxygen and extremely low impact workout! Thus,
among all types of racing, mountain biking, swimming, gymnastics,
bagwork, Peak 8, seems to have extensive training here ... the air is cool, quiet trails, easy in mind. Until next time, God bless you,
