How To Have A Healthy Day?

You can have a good day all day to make the right decisions on diet, exercise and activities throughout the day. The following plan is a part of my lifestyle that I try to follow as much as possible. Keep in mind that I am retired and can adjust your daily schedule anyway I like. You may have to adapt to your work! Too bad he thinks! More information ...

7:00 ... Start your day with some stretching exercises or when the main bed. This puts oxygen in the muscles and gives you energy to start the day. Stretches and exercises in the morning gets your metabolism going.

8:00 ... Take a healthy breakfast heart of oatmeal, walnuts and apples. "An apple a day keeps the doctor away, far away." Apples are low in calories and increase your longevity. Top it off with a cup of green tea to strengthen your body's defenses against toxins. Toxins can contribute to a heart attack, stroke and many other diseases. Do not skip breakfast he revs his engine for the whole day. Do not forget to take your vitamins and supplements or before you start your day. You can brighten your mood with bright colors when you dress. Yellow is a happy color, red for power.

9:00 ... Walk, run or bike for an hour. I bike to the gym for a warm up before hitting the treadmill. Some sun provides vitamin D needed to slow the aging process. Make sure you protect your skin and wear sunscreen to keep wrinkles and skin cancer at bay. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Fill your water bottle and take it with you.

10:00 ... I hit the gym three times a week for an hour or two hours of training. Days off, and time permits, I'll ride my bike for an hour. Make sure you take plenty of water with you hydrate your system.

11:30 ... Take time to cool off in a hot shower after a workout. What is really invigorating to run a little cold water on the body right at the end of your shower to stimulate your body and your mood.

12:30 ... Make sure you eat a healthy meal and a glass of iced tea or water. I love a good salad. There are a lot of vitamin K in lettuce and spinach. Vitamin K helps increase skin elasticity. Another great anti-aging medicine. Add a little chicken salad protein to build muscle and help you stay alert.

1:00 to 3:00 ... This is a good time to run errands, clean the house or just read. Reading is my favorite pastime and a great way to keep the mind alert and healthy. Give your brain the boost and master something new. Make a puzzle or a game Writing a journal is also great for your mind and spirit.

3:00 p.m. ... You should always have a meal, maybe two during the day so that your body does not store fat. The body will make you wait too long between meals or skip meals. Nibble gently, but do not snack. A handful of nuts, a piece of fruit or a small piece of dark chocolate are an excellent choice. Orange vitamin C fights wrinkles, helps defy aging and dry skin is only 70 calories. Melons strawberries, kiwi and papaya contain vitamin C.

3: 30pm ... In the summer I like to spend time outdoors, in the pool, on the terrace, or working around the yard. Relax, connect with friends, or play with your pet. This will reduce depression and improve the immune system.

From 06:30 to 19:30 ... Dinner was at this time, I try not to eat later than 7:30 to make sure I digested my dinner well enough to ensure a good night's sleep. It is important to maintain a healthy immune system with plenty of omega-3-that regulate metabolism, reduce inflammation levels and balance blood sugar. Fish, including salmon and vegetables such as broccoli have been favorites of mine that omega-3-a. A cup of tea or a glass of wine is a special dinner.

19:30 ... This is a good time to relax and enjoy the evening. Watching TV, listening to music, working on the computer or curling up with a good book are some of my favorite things to do. When the warm weather just sitting on the terrace or take a short walk is very pleasant. All these activities can reduce stress and prepare you for pleasant dreams.

11:00 ... Early to bed and early to rise makes a man (or woman) healthy, wealthy and wise. The old adage, but true, especially the healthy part. I'm not sure of the wealth! Go to bed at the same time every night with the note something nice. This will help you get a good night's sleep so you can wake up refreshed and ready to start another day in good health!

Take care of yourself physically, mentally and spiritually will help you maintain your youth and add years to your life. Plan a perfect day includes a healthy nutrition, exercise and a way to relieve stress. Lead to a two or three, and soon your days will be healthy ones.
